Refund Eligibility & Processing
If payment has been made for an order and the product qualifies for a return or refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method after verification and approval by our internal quality team.
Refunds are processed only after internal validation of the claim.
Conditions for Return / Refund
You may request a return or refund within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
The product received is defective or damaged
The product quantity does not match your order
The product specifications differ from what was ordered
Important Guidelines
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Consumable items such as health supplements and wellness products are non-returnable once delivered, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Unboxing Video clearly showing the product condition while opening the package
Photo of the Invoice
Written explanation describing the issue
